Troubleshooting: common errors

The error message almost always says what to fix. Most frequent cases:

• 400 invalid or refused MSISDN: use the international format (+country code…) and check the allowed countries in Settings → Countries & numbers. Message limited to 2000 characters.
• 404 unknown or inactive bot: check the botId (Developer tab) and that the bot is active.
• 409 message already processing: wait for the answer instead of resending.
• 429 too many requests: slow down; resend Idempotency-Key to retry without duplicates.
• The bot refuses a connected tool: check the bot attachment, then add the suggested paragraph to the system prompt.
